GIO Jewelers: We believe jewelry should be more than just an accessory—it should be a tangible piece of your story. While standard jewelry stores sell mass-produced pieces off a shelf, we partner with you to forge permanent heirlooms from your most meaningful chapters, roots, and milestones.

We discuss your vision, memories, and meaningful details like heritage or personal passions to lay the foundation for your unique design.
#2 CAD / Computer Rendering
Your ideas are transformed into a precise 3D digital model, letting you see the exact proportions and clean lines from every angle.
#3 Approval
We review the digital renderings together and make any necessary adjustments. Production only begins once you give the final, confident green light.
#4 Crafting
Receive your finished, custom heirloom beautifully packaged. You now have a tangible, permanent piece of your story to hold onto forever.

GIO Jewelers FAQS
Do you offer financing options or layaway?
Yes, we offer various financing partners like snap financing, and progressive leasing to help you purchase the jewelry you desire.
In addition we offer in house layaway where no interest fee's simply a 30% percent of the item(s) deposit and you will have three months to pay it off.
How long does it take to create a custom piece?
Depending on the custom piece, it coud take 4 to 6 weeks from design approval to completion. Less complex orders can take 3 - 5 days.
Do you offer warranties or guarantees on your jewelry?
No we do not offer warranty, but if there is natural minor wear and tear on your jewelry, we would be glad to take a look and have your jewelry taken care of.
How should I care for and clean my jewelry?
We recommend cleaning your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners without consulting us. Regular professional cleanings and inspections are also advised to maintain the beauty and integrity of your jewelry.
What is your exchange policy?
All items bought and unmodified from GIO Jewelers have a 7 day exchange period for another item or can be offered store credit. In return the bought item(s) is required to be in perfect condition with the original receipt and original box, in addition the item can be susceptible 15% restocking fee.
There are no cash/credit card refunds on all items including custom orders.
