We discuss your vision, memories, and meaningful details like heritage or personal passions to lay the foundation for your unique design in person or via call or zoom meeting.

Your ideas are transformed into a precise 3D digital model, letting you see the exact proportions and clean lines from every angle.

$200 CAD Deposit is expected for each custom design to determine production dimensions and to view a precise model/design.

We review the digital renderings together and make any necessary adjustments. Production only begins once you give the final, confident green light.

A half deposit is expected to cover for material, labor costs to officially start production.

Your personal piece enters the production process. This is when material and precious stones from our personal trusted sources and made with multiple personal quality checks from our team.

Custom pieces will take up to 4 - 8 weeks depending on the complexity, but some pieces done within a week.

You will be notified text or call to receive your finished, custom heirloom beautifully packaged. You now have a tangible, permanent piece of your story to hold unto.

The remaining half deposit will be accepeted before exchanging items.

If the item needs to be shipped let us know as soon as possible to prepare this beforehand to avoid causing possible inconveniences.
